Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I came and got my nails done not even a week ago, sat and waited almost two hours just for two nails to pop off two days ago. They were closed for the holidays, so I come to get a repair today, keep in mind I already paid for my nails to get done last week. Here I am back in the shop when I should be next to sit in a chair and now here having to wait another 30 minutes to a hour on service when they didn’t do my nails correctly the first time. I paid $50 for something basic and it wasn’t done right. So I came and got my nails done not even a week ago, sat and waited almost two hours just for two nails to pop off two days ago. They were closed for the holidays, so I come to get a repair today, keep in mind I already paid for my nails to get done last week. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I asked for square oval nails and Thai Nguyen made them stiletto shape. I expressed to him early that I did not like that shape, nonetheless, he kept going. I told him that they were no shaped right, he yanked my hand, cut them all off, and told me to leave. I asked for them to be filed down and they told me to go somewhere else.Such a shame because Romeo did my toes and he did an AMAZING job. The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I asked for square oval nails and Thai Nguyen made them stiletto shape. Critical: Quality, ValueDO NOT COME HERE for your own sake please. These were the worst nails I have ever gotten in my entire life. Nail tech told me she could do the design I showed her but clearly she couldn’t. My nails are so crooked and not nice looking at all. I paid $60 to absolutely hate my nails and have to get them re done immediately somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE for your own sake please. These were the worst nails I have ever gotten in my entire life. Nail tech told me she could do the design I showed her but clearly she couldn’t. My nails are so crooked and not nice looking at all. I paid $60 to absolutely hate my nails and have to get them re done immediately somewhere else. I’m never EVER coming back here and neither should you. 🙂
