Anna does a great job but they are super pricey!! They charge for any and everything. The nails were pre-shaped as coffin, yet they charged me to shape them, I got charged for extra long nails (any other salon, these would be considered just long). I was going to add gems but after they charged me for literally 10-12 different things I decided I didn’t want to add an extra $2/gem on top of the $110 I was already paying. ASK PRICES BEFORE THEY DO YOUR NAILS!! That was the mistake I made and will not make again when I go back( yes, I’m going back because I don’t know the area that well and need someone who can do designs for my baby shower nails). Hopefully I won’t get charged an arm and leg this time…

I went for my appointment I made online the lady there told me I had no appointment gave me a huge attitude even after showing the email I received confirming the appointment. I should of left after that but I chose not to .. this lady was extremely disrespectful and rude to me but treated the other clients walking in so nice even but for some reason me horribly. Rushed through my nails left nail polish on my fingers!!! First off getting your nails done is suppose to be a relaxing experience. This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to mainly because how rude this lady was to me.. you do not treat your customers this way therefore I will be calling my bank and disputing the charges for my horrible experience. I will never go back or recommend this place

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I could write this a zero stars. As soon as I walked in ( on a monday so they weren’t busy) they were rushing me to get my nail color, as I told them I had a picture and needed help finding the colors, completely ignored. I eventually find my colors, and I get seated and they rush through my nails, and they start making up prices off of the top of their heads.As I told her I only had $70, she starts making up prices randomly. I got a short full set, and only got colors on the tips of my nails. She had me use all 70 dollars for my nails. The staff is nice but only one person can do nail designs and if that one person is busy with someone else they’ll try to convince you to just do a solid color even if you make an appointment. Prices are kinda high due to covid as stated on a sign inside but the staff needs more training to keep up with trends. They only take cash if not there’s a ATM across the street.

How do you charge someone 110 dollars for a regular pedicure with white gel polish and a full set with gel and two marble designs. Not to mention the fact they left acrylic and polish on my hands, never put cuticle oil or lotion on my hands and no where in the shop did it say the atm was broke or that they didn’t take card. So i had to risk walking across the street to a bank i was not familiar with just to get money out. Going to this place was a waist of time and money. I haven’t had my full set for a full week and i have already had to fix 4 nails. How do you charge someone 110 dollars for a regular pedicure with white gel polish and a full set with gel and two marble designs. Critical: QualityGot my nails done today with my mom and was charged a $180 for gel nails , we did not want gel we wanted regular polish. I think the person should go by on what the customer wants..not what they want you to have . It’s very unprofessional to not tell anyone about prices or let them know ahead of time. I’ve been searching for a new salon for awhile. After checking reviews and viewing pics decided to check them out. Got chrome nails, eyebrows and lashes, Wow!!!. Very pleased with services. Anna was great, loved Sunday hours. Found my new home!!!!
