I had a truly wonderful experience at Lux Beauty Nail Care! Truc, my nail artist, was gentle, extremely meticulous, and kind. I would highly recommend selecting her as your artist! I got the lavender mani with a gel add-on; the lavender scrub and wax were SO relaxing! I loved that the staff was really respectful of my space throughout the experience and I never felt rushed. 10/10, I will be going back soon! 🙂

I called ahead to ask and checked the site about pricing for gel polish removal ($15). I came in and a man worked on my nails. He took the gel polish off, pushed my cuticles, put oil on them, etc. Basically silence between us. At the register he told the woman ringing me up that he “also did clean-up” so they charged me an extra $5 for a total of $20. He had never informed me that he was performing an extra service or asked me if I wanted it. I’m leaving three stars because he did a good job and my nails looked nice but I feel that performing and charging for extra services without asking the customer first is not a good practice.

I always love my nails when i come here, they really care about shaping them correctly. I usually get Truc and she does a beautiful job with designs! I just got a French that looks super clean. This place is a gem, especially if Truc does your nails. She is extremely detailed oriented and very passionate about doing her absolute best. Would come back here over and over again just to see her. I’m very hard to please when it comes to nails and I’m extremely impressed!!
