Friendly staff, but my male nail tech made an inappropriate comment that made me uncomfortable. My nails were splotchy and bubbly and nail polish was left around my cuticles and on my fingers. A different kind nail tech tried to fix them my covering with a different color but it still came out bubbly and way too thick. I noticed later that my toe nails were also painted thinly and missing spots. Not worth the money. Am quite disappointed.

This was my first time to Lush Nails, I went based on the reviews, but will not be back. Nail salon is clean, staff is friendly but they work too quickly to get to the next person not allowing the job to get done correctly. The day after I left the gel polish was chipping on my acrylics, and two days later the nails are lifting up. I have been doing my nails for years and have never had an issue this quickly. They always last me at least 3 weeks before any issues.

I came in today 12/7 to treat myself to an early birthday gift for tomorrow & had no knowledge on any nail terms. I didn’t get anybody’s names, sadly, but everybody was very attentive & helpful and super super SUPER sweet. The experience was quick, but I enjoyed every second of it. Thank you to the sweet lady who helped me out and loved my sheep tattoo on my arm! And the front desk person that helped me figure out what service I wanted 🙂 I don’t get my nails done often at all (once a year , sometimes not even) but this experience made me want to become a regular !!
