I visited the salon today, and initially asked if they could do a particular design (and showed a picture). I was given a price for a full set with a design, and decided to go with it. When I finally saw my technician, and showed her the photo, I was told that she could not actually do it and I would need to wait another hour or so for another tech, or come another day to get it done. I told her ok, I’ll decide against getting it done today and just get a manicure instead.

I went in for a full set and it cost me $65 to walk out with a set that looked like it was done by someone in training. I have no issue with paying that price, as that’s common for a full set, but the price did not match the quality. I was charged $35 for a full set, $15 for gel, $5 for shape, and $10 for length. The fact that these nails are considered long (which are a standard length), shows a sense of greed from the owners. And to charge for this “almond” shape is also laughable. Unfortunately, I was in a crunch for time since I was traveling, and I ended up having to spend even more to have them fixed out of town. So, overall it wasn’t a good experience. And now I know not to be in a rush while getting serviced, because I definitely would’ve waited for them to be fixed. The only pro is that establishment has a “luxe” ambience, but the service didn’t match.

Absolutely love it here and will not cheat on LUSH!!!! JASON always executes the most fabulous nails with lots of attention to detail! You can never go wrong! As for my pedicure i always go to KIM who is the best best best at what she does! You will cancel your nail tech after visiting with this dynamic duo☺️ The pics i added are far and few I’m between the first one is after two weeks the second is a shorter set after about a week then i have Kim’s work plus kim in the process! I absolutely loved my experience and the nail tech Thanh! He was super friendly and constantly was checking to make sure what he was doing was what I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that everything was uniform which is huge for me! My nails came out great, I had a gel pedicure and a regular manicure.

I had been going to Kim for my pedicures for 5 years. I always tipped her $15-$20. She is the best pedicurist I’ve ever had and I even sent my mother and sisters to her whenever they came to visit me. However, Kim has a very bad attitude. Always yelling at her colleagues and customers. I had always ignored her attitude because she was so good but it has become obnoxious because Thomas (management) has allowed her bad behavior to go on. Warning: the nail techs are not employees of the nail salon. They are independent contractors. Beware of unlicensed/ illegal immigrant workers at this place.

I love this salon, it is the best Lush Nail Bar in all of Atlanta. The decor is beautiful and the staff is always polite. My nails always last 2 to 3 weeks at a time and my pedicures always make me come back to this same salon. I bring my fiancé here and he loves it too. I’ve been here twice and although I got cut during my manicure and my nail shaping needed adjustments overall this place is my top choice in Sandy springs. Normally gel chips on me after a couple days believe it or not but this place has not chipped. I can live with getting cut as long as my nail doesn’t chip lol seriously the staff is friendly and was very apologetic. I will def be a regular.
