As a Licensed Massage Therapist for more than 20 years, I have learned many different modalities including but not limited to Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, Hot Stone, Sports, Reflexology, Assisted Stretching, and Myofascial Release. All techniques necessary will be integrated to relieve over all body tension due to over use, repetitive motion, and other chronic issues medically diagnosed that require massage as part of a pain management program. I also offer Colon Hydrotherapy, which is a gentle cleansing of the large intestine with purified water, in order to rid the colon of impaction and fecal coating in clinically constipated people who release just once a day or less!

I travel for work and am away from home for a couple of weeks at a time. I called Brenda about a month before my trip and she schedule several appointments to accommodate my work schedule. Brenda is a rare find and a unique intuitive healer with strong “Farm girl” hands. In only three sessions, she healed me from a pain I had carried for 4 years. Plus, Brenda removed scar tissue I had developed from a recent surgery. I can not wait to go back to North Little Rock and get a few more sessions done.
