The pedicure was excellent, however the service of waxing was horrible. I told the girl to arch my eyebrows she said yes it wasn’t even arch neither was it straight she bruise my skin the hair wasnt trimmed neither was it properly tweeze I also pay to get my chin wax it was awful they didn’t tweeze cause swelling under the skin. I pay 68 for the spa pedicure $38 for the waxing.

It’s a very pretty shop, very clean. The staff is friendly. I was disappointed with a couple of things: the person doing my Mani Pedi. She took 3 different phone calls and made 1 while doing my my pedicure. One call is acceptable there are emergencies or things that can’t wait. I understand that. The mini spa pedicure states there’s paraffin wax. There wasn’t wax, but it’s in the price. Then when doing my manicure I was never asked if I wanted anything other than a regular manicure it was just done. Since there were other women waiting she also seemed to rush through the manicure. It’s a great manicure and my nails do look great but I was very disappointed so I don’t think I’ll be back.
