Critical: Professionalism, QualitySuper busy, squeezed me in on a weekday afternoon. Three different women did my nails—instead of staying through the service with one client. I’ve had different people manicure and paint. This was not that. It was very rushed, inefficient, and resulted in a poor quality gel manicure that chipped in less than a week. Two different people were applying polish and the uv light wasn’t working properly. It would go off and then they’d forget about me. Basically, one hand got enough coats and light, the other did not. Super busy, squeezed me in on a weekday afternoon. Three different women did my nails—instead of staying through the service with one client. I’ve had different people manicure and paint. This was not that. It was very rushed, inefficient, and resulted in a poor quality gel manicure that chipped in less than a week. Critical: ProfessionalismMy mani/pedi was amazing the first time I went so I decided to come back. TIA is the most unprofessional nail tech I’ve ever met me. I asked her to shape my nail differently and she said “have you seen your nails? Your nails are flat.” She also refused to fix a nail I said was too wide. And then the lady who replaced her (because we had enough of each other) told me to get my nails done before I go on vacation. I am not on vacation. My mani/pedi was amazing the first time I went so I decided to come back. TIA is the most unprofessional nail tech I’ve ever met me. I asked her to shape my nail differently and she said “have you seen your nails? Your nails are flat.” She also refused to fix a nail I said was too wide. She was rushing, handling me extremely aggressive, very rude, and then became verbally aggressive once I said I do not like my nail job. The person who did my pedicure burned me with the water, the stones, and then the towel was so hot it felt as if it scorched my leg. I came to this place because of the reviews so I was surprised that once I got there the service was HORRIBLE!! My nail tech seemed to be about 16 years old and I’m sure didn’t even have a cosmetologist license. She was rushing, handling me extremely aggressive, very rude, and then became verbally aggressive once I said I do not like my nail job. The person who did my pedicure burned me with the water, the stones, and then the towel was so hot it felt as if it scorched my leg. I WILL NEVER return to this place again !!!!
