If there zero stars I would have put it down. I called to set an appointment to have my nails and get my boyfriend a pedicure together… seemed like a great Friday date night idea. The team at Lucky Nails said it would be no problem and that they could get us in at 5pm. We showed up looking forward and expecting to have another great experience being we are previous customers. Walked in and sat and waited for almost an hour with nothing said to us. I don’t mind waiting at all but it comes to an extent to where it is eventually unacceptable. Walked out and decided to take our business to Lux! Hate to ever leave a bad review but tonight was bad business and will not be going back.

I go to Marie. She is the best! I’ve never had a problem with my nail dip. She’s fast and does a great job. The zero gravity massage chairs are a bonus. The salon is beautiful and clean. Dip powder

I would never go here again, even if it was free. Worst nail shop experience ever. As someone coming from out of town, I asked a friend for a reccomendation and made an appointment w Cindy, who overbooked herself and forgot she already had an 11. She laughed at my misfortune, and I tried to leave but she promised someone else would do just as good(she clearly just wanted the sale).
