The customer service was AWESOME!!! My stylist Wendy far exceeded my expectations!!! I found my new place to get my hair done. I would highly recommend Luca’s Salon. The color and cut was gorgeous. Also, I have extremely sensitive skin and the products that were used were awesome. This is the first time that I went to a salon and had no irritation whatsoever from chemicals used on my hair. They really pay attention to your concerns and needs and listen to exactly what you would like done. As a first time customer I was beyond satisfied with this salon. The salon itself is very nice and clean. The customer service was AWESOME!!! My stylist Wendy far exceeded my expectations!!! My experience with Lucas Hair Salon has always been great. Jolanta is an exceptional hair dresser and colorist. I have seen her finished customers look amazing and completely satisfied. I am one of her customers and have been going to her for years. The compliments, even from strangers, I receive is a testimony to her talent. I recommend her and her staff highly. She looked at my hair and provided me with different options. I recently had my hair cut at another salon and the stylist, at that place, butchered it. Jolanta worked to even out my cut and gave me a nicely layered one that works great with the highlights. I read all of the reviews online about Jolanta at Lucas Hair Salon and decided I would try out the salon. After all I had nothing to loose, my hair was about three colors of orange stripes thanks to the last salon I tried out. Saying I was incredibly happy with Jolanta’s work would be an understatement. She was so friendly when I first came in and spent plenty of time talking with me about exactly what I was looking for. The result was perfectly done blonde highlights, very natural looking, blended perfectly, and far from orange, exactly what I expressed I was looking for. Jolanta is extremely professional and amazing at her craft. The prices were affordable and the salon was beautiful which was just icing on the cake. I read all of the reviews online about Jolanta at Lucas Hair Salon and decided I would try out the salon.
