I have gone to Lovely nails for a few years and always leave very happy! Mary and her friendly staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I have read some of these negative reviews and if these women had any problem with their service all they needed to do was to come back. Mary always stands behind her work and makes it right. She’s very professional!!! Lovely Nails you are the best and I will continue to refer people to you because they will be as happy as I am!!!

First time to Lovely Nails, my manicurist was not friendly at all. Sloppy job, did not take a lot of care. Didn’t even get all the dirt out from under my nails. I don’t recommend “me me” the manicurist but maybe somebody else would do a better job.

I️ got a gel manicure with pink nail polish. Nails looked great on day one. The next day, half of my nails turned slightly yellow/brown. I’ve gotten gel manicures in the past, and this has never happened. I️ hate to leave a negative review for a local business, but I was really disappointed.

Brought a wedding party here in May 2017. Called way ahead to make sure I could get ‘chrome’ nails to match my dress. “Yes, yes, yes—-we do chrome, etc., etc.,” says the owner—when I got there she looked at me like I had two heads—‘chrome nails? No, I never do them…..you try THIS kind. NO—I want chrome. You said you did chrome. No. You try THIS….and it went on and on. Finally, she said “Well I can’t help you if you don’t want help yourself”……. We were aghast! The day was absolutely ruined in the first 5 minutes after we got there. Also, she said over and over when I booked the party—“You not bring wine, WE have wine for you, etc., etc.”—-So I left the wine at home thinking she had complimentary wine….she DID have wine…..at $7 a glass…… We had 8 people……which they knew ahead of time……they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate us and some of us were DONE before other people had gotten out of the pedicure chairs. The staff were rude and snarky—talking in a foreign language, pointing and laughing. A very uncomfortable, EXPENSIVE experience. Lying to get my business was bad enough—but the atmosphere was worse if you can imagine that…… You have been warned

Super expensive. Mani is $18….plus I was getting a pedi and the woman who doesn’t speak any English, pointed to my heels as if she was asking a question. I assumed she was asking about the heel scraper so I said yes. Apparently, I unknowingly agreed to a $14 paraffin treatment. Didn’t find that out until I went to pay for the mani-pedi which was $59. Also she FaceTimed with her daughter throughout my whole service! Very limited colors that are all old and tacky. Never will I go back.
