Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIf they were bad before the pandemic now they are worse. Went to get gel nails done and I had a dip powder set to be removed and the lady just lightly dip them in acetone and then ripped them off (your supposed to wrap them in aluminum foil) but she just ripped then off like it was a band aid, I told her I was going to dip them in the liquid more because I didn’t want to damage my nails. When it was time for my French manicure, I kept correcting the smile line, no matter how much you tell them to do something they will always end up doing whatever they want!If they were bad before the pandemic now they are worse. Acrylics are rushed and dip powder doesn’t last for more than a week. They wax your eyebrows thin, no matter what you say. Customer service could be better especially when answering the phone and they barely greet you when you walk inside. I like to feel good walking out of the nail salon and they don’t give me that feeling, something is always wrong. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere better

First of all it’s sad because they have really good nail techs from what I’ve observed but their customer service sucks. They don’t acknowledge you when you come in. They also don’t update you on wait times. I’ve waited two hours (only because it was a Saturday) to have my nails done and as soon as I saw that they took people who just walked in after I’ve been sitting for over two hours I was OVER it. As soon as I got up to leave they all got frantic and wanted me to wait even more. Absolutely NOT. I’m so glad I did not waste my money there. They need to update their salon and customer service because they are trash! Don’t waste your time folks.

I went there to do my eyelashes extensions,the front woman made me pay $45 for my eyelashes when i came home the same day one of the fake eyelashes came off. I came next Thursday to fix it,she did and she asked me to pay $10 i gave it to her. She didn’t put that eyelashes extensions good. I told her i work everyday that’s why i didn’t come on Monday.Worst place they only care about money

There are only three techs there that can actually do the nails correctly. When getting a pedicure it’s a rush job but still expect a tip. They have all options a nail shop has. Massage chairs, bathroom, and television to make u comfortable. Also they wax eyebrows and can also do lash extensions.
