When it comes to business ethics and customer satisfaction, I must recommend that you find another eyelash studio. My initial set of eyelashes were not even, could not be seen on one eye, and were not what I asked for, but the owner corrected them. I was very happy. I then kept my scheduled fill appointment and was told I was taking great care of them because they were in good shape.

I had an eyelash emergency (had a Groupon person to my eyelashes and I had an allergic reaction) and I called LYL the next morning and they were able to see me the same day for removal. I was treated wonderfully and was extremely grateful that they took the time out of their day to fix someone else’s mistake. I am so thankful that my natural lashes were able to be saved as well.
