Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityMy experience was horrible. My wife and I had to wait 30-45 minutes on a Sunday. Once we began our pedicures it was ok until the lady dug very deep into my nail bed along with cutting part of it out which caused a severe ingrown nail and infection. As a result I had to go to the Urgent Care Unit where my Nail was removed. I am looking into my options of Suing this Establishment for causing Injury, and using unclean tools which lead to the infection.Service: PedicureMy experience was horrible. My experience was horrible. My wife and I had to wait 30-45 minutes on a Sunday. Once we began our pedicures it was ok until the lady dug very deep into my nail bed along with cutting part of it out which caused a severe ingrown nail and infection. As a result I had to go to the Urgent Care Unit where my Nail was removed. Do not go here. I went to lotus because they didn’t seem busy and it was the closest by where I work. I sat down and they got straight to work. However while I was getting worked on the person who was doing my nails kept getting up and cashing people out and attending to other customers. No big deal. I was okay with it because it happens and I was in no rush. 1 hour and a half I sat in his seat and when he was done my nails they looked absolutely horrible. During all the chaos I kept telling him how I didn’t like this or that about my nails and he said oh don’t worry I’ll file them again. My nails looked bubbly and like fuzz was underneath the polish. I left with polish on my skin. I could have done a better job. None of my nails were the same length as the other hand. They looked completely different. I will never go here again. I heard negative reviews from others and sure enough $45 waisted. What got me was he saw the end result and still made me pay full price and didn’t offer to fix it.

John and Sandy are the very best and not to mention the sweetest people. They take care of their customers and make sure you are completely satisfied. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. I’ve been going here since they opened and I love the new Pedicures they recently just started selling. I really like the charcoal pedicure and collagen pedicure. I can’t wait to try some of the other new pedicures they have. This is the only nail salon I will ever go to in Stephenville. I’ve been to others and none of them compare to Lotus. John and Sandy are the very best and not to mention the sweetest people. They take care of their customers and make sure you are completely satisfied. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. I’ve been going here since they opened and I love the new Pedicures they recently just started selling. I really like the charcoal pedicure and collagen pedicure. My sisters and I visited this Salon yesterday and wasn’t happy with the experience. We all had chose gel polish and we all left with it sticky and smudged. The nail tech insulated my oldest sister saying I was too young to be her sister. The nail tech also disregarded the color we had picked! And gave us a completely different color, justified it by saying the color he chose was prettier.

My daughter who is pregnant treated herself on Saturday 6-27-2020 to getting her nails done and by today 7-3-2020 she already has 4 that have come off. Both her and I have called and when I call I spoke with the manager a female and she said they would fix them for half price and I said why when it isn’t her fault, the manager said sorry we can fix them for half price then hung up on me. Critical: QualityI arrived without an appointment and they started on me fairly quickly! Very nice staff and clean area but very poor quality of nails. After about 2 hours each and every one of my acrylics had small cracks in them that spread throughout the whole nail.

At first this salon was wonderful when they were staffed. Now you come in you dont get what you paid for because they rush through so they can go to the next costumer. Today we came and they dropped the orange they were going to use instead of getting a new one they still used the dropped orange in my legs. Gross!
