The hair stylist I had is very good, it just seems that after a certain point, poor time management came into play. My time is valuable just as the hair stylist’s time. I should not have to wait an hour (or longer) past my scheduled appointment to be seen nor should my appointment be canceled (without dialogue with me) due to the stylist’s poor time management. I’m not understanding the shift in professionalism (from great to poor) nor do I have time to invest in explaining the importance of it in that line of business. So disappointed. I had such high hopes.

I went here today just to have my ends trimmed. I’ve never had a haircut at this salon before and didn’t know what to expect, but the reviews looked good so I decided to try it. I made an appointment for 2 with David. I got there at 2 and watched David leave the salon, knowing he had an appointment with me. I was told to wait. I waited for 30 min and he finally meandered back through the door. At that point, I said I had to leave because I didn’t trust someone who had such a high level of disregard to do my hair. I don’t know if this is a normal occurrence or not, but either way, I felt that his complete disregard for his client’s time was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable.
