Critical: QualityFirst time was great for both hair color and cut but the second time it came out horribly wrong because there was inconsistent application of bleach for highlights and it came out looking like animal print.Then my husband went for a haircut and the stylist cut all the hair off the crown of his head. This ruined his style. So disappointing to see that she butchered the haircut. We will not be returning.
