The salon staff is very welcoming. The location is great. They have their own parking and is located next to a pretty good restaurant. My favorite part of the salon is, of course, my stylist…Becky! She is patient and listens to what I have in mind and always appreciates the 16 pictures I have. LOL, she is also versatile. She offers a variety of hair services, waxing, and lashes.

I’ve been going to this salon for a year or two now. Stevie is my favorite and does a great job, the only downside is she is always hard to book with! I am giving this business 3 stars though because I’ve tried 2 other stylists there and had a bad experience. Recently, I went in for just a cut and eyebrow wax and I had to have someone fix my hair and I needed to pluck my eyebrows myself afterwards (which has never happened before in my life!). My eyebrows have a nice shape very low maintenance and only need minimal work. She took a lot of hair off my eyebrows and made them thin and then didn’t even pluck or try to make them look even. I had extra hairs in the middle on the bridge of my nose I needed to pluck when I got home. Then, she asked me if I wanted my hair washed. Her tone made it seem she didn’t want to wash my hair so I said it doesn’t matter whatever is easier for you.. in this instance I assumed she’d spray water on my hair like most hairstylists do but she said “okay I’m gonna cut dry then.” I thought hm okay I’ve never had anyone do that before but hey I’m not the hair stylist I don’t know how to cut hair. Well… I think there’s a reason why most hairstylists cut wet! My hair is very long and thick. When I went home my sister and I notice all these long pieces everywhere and it was very uneven! She didn’t check at the end if it was even or show me the back with the mirror (only the front) so I didn’t catch all the long extra pieces at first until later in the evening. I’ve never had a bad experience with a hair cut or wax until I came to this salon. Considering this is my second bad experience here I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere because I used to see Meg or Stevie but now that meg is gone it’s more difficult to see Stevie and get an appointment (which I understand because she’s really good!) if you’re going to come here, see stevie. Otherwise I’d try somewhere else.
