Alright there were some highs and lows from this company. We had made the appointment for 4:30 and when we got there they were packed, but not by customers by workers, what I assume to be family and there kids. The man who did my nails was very helpful and somewhat gentle. He filled the skin of my friends nails which was a turn off and some of my nails were filled at crooked lengths, but it was an easy fix for me to do on my own. While getting our nails done they had there two children running around and messing with brushes and other things, that was a turn off, especially for a “spa.” As for color and design you must be very alert when it comes to the colors because sometimes they don’t grab the right one as it is very chaotic in there, they don’t speak heavy fluent English so you have to be patient. My friend wanted french tip, thin, and they came out super thick lined, thin lines aren’t there thing.

Don’t bother making an appointment, been there twice and it’s always half hour to hour after appointment before you get in. My nails the first time we’re not even smooth, they were all bumpy! My daughter today asked for French manicure with pink tips, that didn’t happen they only gave her white! I’ve been to many nail salons and this one is by far the worst!!!

I would not recommend anyone to get acrylics removed at this place. I have had gel sets done here before and they were beautiful but the removal was a nightmare. The guy got down to my nail bed on 3 fingers causing a lot of pain and discomfort. My nails are so brittle they will not stop cracking

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for noon 4 days in advance. I walk in and the greeter doesn’t seem to be able to speak or understand English and just sits me in the corner. They were busy but 15 minutes goes by before anyone even speaks to me and he told me to pick out colors. While I’m picking out colors another customer comes in about some broken nails and is immediately taken to the back to get them fixed. I tried to speak up to remind them I had an appointment and said “excuse me” only to be immediately shushed and ignored. At this point more than 20 minutes had passed. I walked out. I was a walk-in to London Nails on 8/4/19 and they were great! They got me in right away and did a fantastic job on my dip nails. They have a nice selection of dip powder colors. They also did a great job on the whole nail process – paid a great attention to detail and didn’t rush me out the door. I will be back!
