Great first haircut for my son! There was no wait on a Thursday afternoon (we called ahead and put our name on a waiting list just in case). First haircut package included a certificate, photograph, lock of hair, and 2 suckers. Stylist was SOOOO nice and happy and professional. I’ll be going back for all his haircuts!

I’ve been here before but was never pleased with the service. The people I dealt with before didn’t seem to care to be there much less accept customers. Our older son is a bit more difficult to get through a haircut and some seemed frustrated and sometimes it made it worse . I decided to give it one more try since it was going to be my youngest first time getting a haircut And knew he would love the chairs. We were greeted by Bertha and The service from start to finish was beyond amazing. She took the time to talk to both my kids and made them comfortable. My older son who never lets anyone cut his hair was completely calm with her and didn’t fuss . When we sat him in the chair he was fighting us and she immediately started talking to him and making him feel comfortable. I can not tell you how grateful I am for her great service. My sons loved her so much. She completely went out of her way to make sure they had a great experience. I could not believe how she was able to calm my son down. He went from screaming crying during haircuts to complete calm and she used every single machine! I’m seriously in awe of her and her patience with my kids. I will follow her wherever she goes and she will be cutting my kids hair from now on. I can not recommend her enough . Wow thank you again Bertha for your amazing service and your patience for my kids. I left in complete disbelief in how great it was and even shed some tears that my son was able to feel so comfortable with you. She is such a nice genuine person and her compassion for children shows. Thank you for going above and beyond for our babies. I will recommend her to anyone I know who has kids she is truly amazing!

I’ll start with the good. The lady at the front desk with sweet. The hair cut was okay. The reason for the one star is because of the lady who cut my sons hair. She was extremely aggressive and cold. My son who has been getting hair cuts no problem was scared and crying. Well no wonder….he could feel the cold energy and after the haircut I checked his head and he had a whole bunch of red marks. If you work with kids you should have patience but since this individual did not, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for a few years and recently feel like the service has gone down. It’s been 2 occasions I come without an appointment and it almost seems like they don’t want to give my son a haircut and like an inconvenience without the appointment when they have a sign that says walk ins welcomed. This afternoon we came at 5, they close at 6 and the receptionist said that they wouldn’t be able to see him since they were giving 2 kids a haircut at the time and had an appointment for 2 kids at 5:30. Now I understand how appointments work and respect them, but there was no issues with us waiting in case they didn’t show up but the receptionist seemed bothered by that and was just rude in telling us well if it’s 6 and she (the hairstylist)is just getting done with her appointments your son won’t be seen as if I didn’t understand how appointments work. Turned off by the service this evening and by the reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue. We will just look for another place that doesn’t seem bothered with doing their job.

Pricy but good service. There’s a girl kid spa and cartoons are played for child to be distracted. Would have given 5 stars but the waiting area can be dirty with hair. Other than that no complaints.

The hair stylists here are awesome and super patient. I highly recommend making an appointment though and even with an appointment expect wait time. They have tons of toys for kids to play with. I’m not sure how well they clean their toys as they all looked dirty. So parents bring sanitizing wipes to wipe them down yourself.
