Positive: ValueI don’t live in the area, but I come to Cocoa to get my hair done every 2 weeks. I have been going to the same hairdresser for over 15 years. Now the rest of the story. After I got my hair done I stopped by the Nail Salon to see if I could get a fill, and pedicure. I drove around in the parking lot and called the Nail Salon number , but got n/a. I finally decided to pull up besides a red car, which the lady was one of Steve’s Customer, and told me that he would be back in 15 minutes. Well we started talking, and talking and she told me of another Nail Salon in Byrd’s Plaza, but from reading all the reviews I stated that Steve does nice work, and she stated she had been coming to him for a long time.Well just as soon as I was going to get ready to leave Steve shows- up , and of course he was very Professional, Polite , and Well Mannered. I was able to get my pedicure and it was the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had because my ribs were broken, and the Salon Technician was very gentle, and had the massaging hands. Everything was fine with just the 2 of us in there , but there was a lot of other things going on that I didn’t appreciate. One customer had no respect for Steve when he asked them to watch their language, which me being 53, and old school you’re suppose to always show people respect!! Even a dog deserves respect. There was another customer came in using profanity, phone being on speaker It was awful!!! “Your First Impression Is Your Last Impression”.When we go to the Nail Salon that is a time for us to relax, and listen to jazz music etc, not have drama the whole time you are at your appointment.I’m not going to let 2 bad apples make it bad for me, I am going to give them another try and if the drama continues then I will take my monies somewhere else!No One Has To Put Up With That Type Of Environment!!New Review 2nd Day!!!! My polish started chipping and looking horrible. I paid $86.00 plus gave 20.00 tip to both of the tech. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySteven did my nails and they turned out really pretty and he didn’t rush through it, like most salons I’ve been in. I really appreciate the quality and time spent on them.He did a marble with black white and gold. Unique and pretty.Thank you. I have received alot of compliments on them and definitely will be returning to see him again

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back, I brought in a picture of what I wanted and he completely satisfied what I wanted. Almost to the T of the picture. Maybe even a little better. Thank you!! Love love love my nails!
