I’ve been going to Lisa’s for close to 10 years. I went in one night to get my bangs trimmed like I usually do after a couple weeks of getting my hair cut from there, I was turned away saying that they were way to busy to fit me in for a 2 minute cut and were too busy the following day also. The nasty woman at the front desk offered no help and only made the problem worse by saying I should have come in earlier in the day even though there were 2 hours still left in salon hours. I can honestly say, I will never ever go back and I am making sure that my mother, friend and boy friend never attend the salon again.
