Critical: QualityThe ladies were nice but the gel nails that cost $58 (including tax) were the worst I have ever gotten. Within 24 hours they were lifting and a few of them broke. I wanted to go back to have them fix my nails but I didn’t think they would do a better job. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Critical: Quality1st visit and I will not go back. The salon is clean and some staff is friendly but the quality of their work is terrible. My nails are misshapen and the polish is bubbling. It was very rushed. It was less expensive than most salons, I guess you get what you pay for.

Lines aren’t straight AT ALL, & very bumpy. When speaking to the owner, he tried brushing me off by saying “we’re closed, we can’t help you” also mentioned “SNS is powder & they’re suppose to come out like that” I’ve done SNS plenty of times and not once have they came out bumpy! The owner does NOT care about his clients! He should’ve handled this situation with professionalism. I was very disgusted at the fact he treats his customers in this manner. I normally never leave poor reviews but the service I experienced was terrible. I went for a pedicure and they had a woman who was clearly training to do a pedicure and not ready yet to perform on paying customers-practice on me. The water was cold and I kept asking for hot water and she would turn it on for 2 seconds. She cut me, struggled to clip cuticles, finally the owner came over to clip cuticles, etc. Then the student finished the massage, put callus remover on one foot and on half of the other foot. Then, a 3rd lady painted my toes. Three people did my pedicure. It was very unrelaxing and they charged me full price. It took 1.5hrs for a basic pedicure. They asked why my feet were purple-siting in cold water.

Always a great experience. Never disappointed. I have been getting manicures and pedis for many years and won’t go anywhere else. The ladies are very nice and won’t let you leave unless you are pleased with their work.
