I had a rough go with my last stylist and I hadn’t had my hair done in a long time. I get very nervous going to a new stylist and Leah made me feel more comfortable than I even did with my last stylist who I was with for 7+ years. She was so friendly and made sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and took care of me like I was her client for years. Critical: ProfessionalismNot liking the new salon coordinators at Life Spa. I’ve been using the spa for years and was just there yesterday. Though the stylists are amazing and I love their work, the new front desk is extremely RUDE and have come up with new policies all of a sudden that were never an issue before.The old salon coordinators like Artist were very professional and friendly. She made client’s experience at Lifespa – exceptional.Unfortunately, the standard has dropped from a 100 to may be a 10 & because people who answer the phone are the first people you come in contact with when scheduling an appointment, they need to be polite and professional.I have had two very bad experiences this week. Not liking the new salon coordinators at Life Spa. I’ve been using the spa for years and was just there yesterday. Though the stylists are amazing and I love their work, the new front desk is extremely RUDE and have come up with new policies all of a sudden that were never an issue before.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBetty is such a good nail artist. Made feel like I was her regular clients! Definitely going back and getting my nails done with her again!
