From one business owner to the next…The owner Nick lives by leadership is action not the position. He’s there everyday ensuring His Barber by far for the city of Syracuse NY stands above the rest. He recently had me come in and refinish the hardwood floors with super gloss so you can see you new haircut in every angle also newly built wash station for Ny as well if there was a option for 6 stars he would get 7 from me. 12-19-22 I heard all good things about the shop from my friends got there the shop was clean looked professional but after I sat in the seat not even 2 minutes later my barber was on the phone thru more than half my cut my edge up is off and not lined up properly, sideburns are uneven and the left side of my hair is not as cut/detailed as the right side and I had to walk back in after I walked out to have him fix something he missed upon getting home and realizing there were multiple flaws horrible experience!

The owner Nick is extremely professional; his barbershop deserves a tv show. Other than that I can go in at any moment and get a cut from one of Creative barbers. Im always taken care of when I go in, my friends also have the same experiences. I come here from SU campus and so does my teammates!!!!

A co-worker recommended me to go there for a cut and I’m glad that I took him up on it. Appointments are easy to set up and Jumal keeps my hair and beard neatly cut each and every time I visit the shop. The rest of the barbers that work there are as equally good as he is.

Best barber in there is the owner. However they all can cut. But he is the best one, and he knows it. Very confident about is art work on your head. However he charged 40 bucks. Alittle steep, but worth it.

Critical: QualityI waited for a barber to come in..I thought he was truly a barber..he showed me some hairstyles and I chose one. The barber showed me my cut and it was not anything like the picture, furthermore I had to go to another barber to coreect the mess that this barber did. The barber that did my hair to correct the mess siad it’s unbelievable that a barber could cut hair like mine was cut. I believe he wasn’t really a barber just filled in because I was waiting for one. Everyone who saw the cut said it was a absolute mess.
