I was in the Mt. Juliet area today and was looking for a salon to go to take off the dip powder on my nails & gel color on my toes. The salon I originally wanted to go to was closed, so I ended up going to Li-En Nails & I regret it. The lady that removed my polish was rude and cold. Before she started putting foil on my toes, I asked her for a drop of lotion to put on my feet b/c they were dry and she said that if she gave me some lotion she would have to charge me for a pedicure. I was truly perplexed! Then she proceeded to tell me I had a fungus on one my toenails & I explained that it was blood under the nail b/c I had stubbed my toe on my luggage after a recent trip. She said “Well I think it’s a toe nail fungus and I can think what I want.” She had a horrible attitude! I haven’t had an experience like this before at a nail salon. I didn’t catch her name, but if I do, I’ll update my review. I would definitely not visit Li-En nails again b/c of this employee.

Came in for a fill in with gel polish. I called ahead to see if appointments were available or walk ins. I was told I could go ahead and come in. I was told to pick a color and I waited 30 mins due to me waiting and constantly seeing people getting seated I asked about how long it would be before getting seated. She stated about 30mins. I would not return or give them business in the future due to this unorganized and inconsiderate service. Be honest about the time frame and keep your sorry. It’s clear who they cater to! I’d suggest going somewhere elseelse!

Best experience with getting my nails done in a long time! The wait was a bit long but I got a French tip gel manicure and I am very pleased with the results and the wait was absolutely worth it!

My experience the past two times i have come have been horrible i WILL NOT return the customer service is bad , i didn’t like my toe nails i was told there “ was nothing wrong with them” i asked to speak to the owner or manager the woman “Mrs.Lei “ refused told me to talk to the person that did my nails . The prices are not consistent with the menu chart . Very poor customer service i will definitely not recommend coming here!

the lady who did my nails was very friendly. the salon was clean and nice looking my problem was that the lady who did my nails was very very rough. i went and got a full set ( i get them all the time just have never been here) she was pressing down and pulling on my nails and i told her it hurt and she just shrugged it off and said that no one else ever complained about it.

Just got my nails done yesterday the manicure was okay my nail tech nip me twice got red polish on cuticle she tried to clean it up but overall not my best manicure with shellac.
