I have no complaints about this place. Although there was this once on a Sunday morning I had to wait about 2 hours for the male barbers while the female hair stylists lied about them being on their way, but I still wouldn’t rate this place bad solely based on that one encounter.

Best barbers in New Brunswick, especially for those going for a “short sides long top” style cut. Fades are as clean as they can get. For what you pay, the service is exceptional. The barbers themselves generally seem to be having a good time, and as a result, the atmosphere is pleasant and cheerful.

The operator took a customer that came in after me even tho I had an appointment too. My time is important too. I didn’t appreciate that. Otherwise, I liked the way she did my hair. The shop was clean & they practiced safety.

I came to place to get cut about three times and the last time was the most disappointing they I waited three hours to get cut which was understandable but, when it came time for me to get cut one of the barber’s friends came in and he told me that he was next. I did not want to believe it but I think that this shop treats Hispanic people like first class citizens compared to any other race. I seen it happen before to a guy that was Black too last time I came. I have never given any place a bad review before and this is my first. The barber (with braces) has only spoke to me once asking me two questions which were “Are you Dominican?” and “Do you speak Spanish?” He even cut my lip accidentally with clippers before and I was not mad its clear he does not value his customers unless they are Spanish. As for the salon I have not heard anything bad about the it. I recommend this place to people if you want to spend your whole day waiting to get a haircut or if you are Spanish cause you’ll get the royal treatment. I am light skin by the way.

Barbers are very rude and openly speak nonsense about every customer they believe does not speak Spanish. I do and heard every word. Every barber with the exception of the older gentleman all have horrible work ethic and some barely speak english and will take breaks several times to stop and chat on their phones. Overall poor customer service and sub-par haircuts for the price. Would not reccomend.

Had a good experience here. Went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn’t busy and I was serviced immediately. They understood my concern about not wanting the perm in for too long and it came out great, no damage or burns! Make sure they don’t forget about you under the dryer though! Will be back 🙂

I don’t ever write reviews but I felt like I had to write one.Ive been going to this establishment for over 4 years high school into college and never had any complaints. I came here today (New Years Eve) and it was a mess. My normal hairdresser was working on someone else so she asked was it okay for someone else to wash me. I agreed, however I said I would not like to be styled by the woman washing my hair. Then while washing my hair she still was giving a hard time. I came because I just finished taking out my extensions and wanted a good wash. In addition I made it clear that I did not have time for a condition but she still proceeded to do so, after I said no I don’t have time today for one.The woman washing my hair continued to talk in Spanish and tried to persuade my normal hair stylist to let her work on my hair. I am an African American however I understood every word my minor is in Spanish.Sad to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

The staff is not welcoming at all. The two times I went to cut my hair, the exchange was tense. This last time, the lady cut my hair very short when I asked her to trim just the ends. And the cut is not clean. You can clearly see where she made the cuts. Customer not satisfied.
