Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten! I got gel manicure and they started to peel off after only 5 days! Also they didn’t even cut my cuticles which is very basic for any kind of manicure you get. Definitely not coming back here again.

I do enjoy the beautiful and spacious ambiance of this place but not a fan of how it is operated. Also they work so fast it doesn’t feel relaxing when I go and I usually end up hurting from the intense filing they do on my nail service particularly. My pedis have been okay, thought last appointment I was so bothered by how I was massaged I wish I asked her to stop. She was using her nails and not the right technique at all. She seemed very mentally checked out like some others.

Went here for my first time today and couldn’t be happier! I absolutely loved my experience. I got dip for my nails and a classic pedicure with Vy. Vy is just lovely and a talented nail tech! The front desk gal was friendly and we all chatted it up, it was fun. Very clean and pretty atmosphere. I appreciate the cleanliness factor during this Pandemic and any time. Will be back.

The most unreliable nail salon, I have been coming here since they opened and on not one, not two, not three but FOUR different occasions I arrived to my appointment only to find out the person I scheduled with was at another location or not working. Yes I shouldn’t have given them another chance but it is really hard to find someone good… and Emily is so great!!! This was the final straw as I showed up today for an appointment I scheduled a week ago only to find out she was not in this week and once again no one contacted me? Shouldn’t you contact your salons clients when there is a change? I asked if they could get me in with someone else and the owner said no they were booked. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

Went last year and had a great experience. However this recent one was not so great. They rushed through our pedis and manis because they are closing soon. If that’s the case they shouldn’t take late appointments and I’d change to a different date to get better experiences. The gel nail polish fell off three days after. Drinks are limited to one for each person. My girl friends and I were really disappointed. I don’t think I like here anymore.

This salon is aesthetically pleasing, beautiful actually. My experience here was fantastic. The women that worked in the salon were so nice and did a fabulous job on our pedicures. The pricing is pretty affordable also. The whole experience of treating self was well worth it!!!Definitely a place I would revisit in the future

the first time i came here the service was great and everything went smoothly, i had booked an appointment with the same lady that did my nails the first time, she seemed annoyed at doing my nails (i understand they were busy) maybe she was over whelmed. she also, used a file so fast she went over the side of my finger and it started bleeding i did not get any sort of compensation for that and no discount. very disappointed.
