Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI used to absolutely love this salon, but it has become nothing if not inconsistent. I end up with a different stylist every time I book an appointment, that is if I can get an appointment in the first place. I have had them call me with so many last minute cancellations and had to reschedule way too many times to make giving them my business worth it anymore. I used to absolutely love this salon, but it has become nothing if not inconsistent. I end up with a different stylist every time I book an appointment, that is if I can get an appointment in the first place. I have had them call me with so many last minute cancellations and had to reschedule way too many times to make giving them my business worth it anymore. Such a disappointment.

I regularly have my hair done here and just received my first massage. The staff are all extremely professional and friendly. I love the scalp and hand massage you receive with every haircut and the products they use are fantastic. They really personalize the experience. I recommend this place to everyone!

I have been going to Lemon Water Salon since the day they opened in WBL. I have not had any bad experiences there. If my expectations were not met they happily invited me back in to work with me. I’ve always seen Jennifer Campbell as my primary stylist and I absolutely love her. She’s a gem. I’ve also seen others at the salon and everyone has been excellent!!

I’ve been coming here for over four years. I have always gone to Amber. I enjoyed her work and always looked forward to getting my hair done. But recently over the past year they have messed up my appointments each time. They have called a diffrent person by the same name and because that person cancels the appointment, I show up and get told I cannot get my hair done. This has happened four times now. I was in just last week and set the appointment for this evening and I go in to get my hair done, again, and they tell me they cannot hold my appointment because the manager, Terri, skrewed up the schedule. So they continue to assist the other person that is booked and I get ignored, again. I will never come back to this salon. The hair cut always cost $35 and because I so loved Amber’s service I would tip $15. I am sick of them screwing up my appointments and them not caring to make it right or make it better. I deserve customer service that respects my time, and Lemon water is NOT that place.
