Lemon Tree Hair Salon Patchogue

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis is such poor customer service I ever seen. They make up there own hours regardless what the window sign says or what is listed on line. This was the second time this has happened. It’s a Sunday and there window sign says lemon tree closes at 4pm. On line lemon tree posted hours on Sunday says closes at 4pm. When you call the location it tells you they close at 4pm. When I get there at 12:45pm on 12/26/21 and the door is opened. The lady asked me if she could help me. I told her I needed a hair cuts. She says to me they close at 1pm… okayyy? Why is t it listed anywhere? Plus I am an older gentleman I have little hair. It would of taken her 10 minutes (if that ) to cut my hair. Plus if they we’re closing at 1pm why was the door open and there wasn’t a sign posted closing early. Needless to say it was 15 minutes before 1pm anyway. So I asked her why she is sending me away it’s not even 1pm yet. She says she just cleaned her combs… REALLY! Plus did is not the first time this has happened! This is such poor customer service I ever seen. They make up there own hours regardless what the window sign says or what is listed on line. This was the second time this has happened. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery good definitely recommend! I didn’t have to wait even though I made an appointment like some places make you wait if you’ve made one. They were are very nice, professional and friendly. The place was nice and clean. Very good definitely recommend! I didn’t have to wait even though I made an appointment like some places make you wait if you’ve made one. They were are very nice, professional and friendly. The place was nice and clean. I saw Amanda and she worked with me to give me what I wanted and did a fantastic job, she was very nice and friendly too. Definitely recommend:D

I called earlier to re-schedule, saying profusely that if they didn’t have time, I would keep the original appointment. They assured me that I could come in earlier and they changed my appointment time. When I showed up at the new appointment time, they were incredibly rude and told me I had to wait 40 minutes at least to be seen. I asked why they agreed to the new time if they were clearly busy and the woman who was supposed to cut my hair was very snippy. She told me that it would be at least 40 minutes, but if she has to stop to answer the phone, it would be longer. She asked me to come back 3-5 hours later, which is ridiculous! I have been to this salon a few times and made an appointment for today. I called earlier to re-schedule, saying profusely that if they didn’t have time, I would keep the original appointment. They assured me that I could come in earlier and they changed my appointment time.
