I’m a first time customer, and I had the regular pedicure and acrylic nails. My experience was fantastic, I made an appointment online in their website. I arrived there and immediately I was received. During the service they took their time to make sure I like it. There weren’t in a rush like other salons I’ve been before. I made my appointment online and I received two txt messages and two emails confirmation for my appointment, I drove 25 minutes got to the salon and they looked at me and said we do not have no one to do your nails, and another lady said can you come back tomorrow? NOOOO I drove 25 minutes and you dont have the decency to call??? knowing you dont have no one to do my nails before I drove all the way there? I get it, if someone is sick, just CALL, I loved this salon but I did arrangements to get there and for this to happened and you just said sorry… whoever is checking (IF SOMEONE DOES) make sure dont waste peoples time, we also work and we also have other things to do.

No ! Just tf No . Didn’t like their personalities Nail Work was cool but the wait time and professionalism is lacking ! Nails were over priced considering it wasn’t nearly close to what I’d ask for ! Some tech were slightly friendly I guess . But you’d definitely could be overlooked

These are by far the bumpiest nails I have ever had the pleasure of paying full price for. The technician was really nice, but it was obvious she was inexperienced. I got a simple fill with one gel color and a regular, no gel pedicure. It took 2.5 hours, my nails aren’t smooth and neither are my feet. When I asked the young lady which license was hers, she said, “they don’t have mine yet”. She’s still in training I guess, but if you want me to pay someone in training to do my nails, make sure you train and cut the costs so I’m not paying full price for less that full service.
