Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI live in Spokane but I drive out to Cheney to get my nails done because I have yet to find anyone that does them better in the last decade. My nails always come out perfectly the way I want and they file the nail very finely towards the cuticle so that when the nails grow out they don’t look as bad and they don’t lift! Prices are pretty standard and they work SO fast compared to other places I’ve been. I live in Spokane but I drive out to Cheney to get my nails done because I have yet to find anyone that does them better in the last decade. My nails always come out perfectly the way I want and they file the nail very finely towards the cuticle so that when the nails grow out they don’t look as bad and they don’t lift! Prices are pretty standard and they work SO fast compared to other places I’ve been. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDefinitely feel as though this was a “you had to be there experience” because words, sometimes, simply aren’t enough.In a nut shell, I went in to get a pedicure. I’d had old gel polish on, and after my feet had soaked for some time, the lady of the establishment starts to rub lotion on my feet….as if she’s done.Mind you, I’m new to the area, didn’t want to be rude or complain, so I allow her to do her thing. Then she starts picking the gel off with tweezers, which I thought was odd. It was only after I spoke up that she ended up getting the drill to finish the job.Again there was no real pedicure done for me; the longest part of the process was her applying the new gel set, and I couldn’t be more disheartened with my 1st pedi in WA.I, too, provide a service to Spokane and Cheney. I understand what it’s like to deal with people. I give out kindness and compassion, so I expect it back in return.Even after trying to pull them to the side and explain my experience, I was met with extreme rudeness. Their lack of accountability is what throws me, and they felt justified in basically saying too bad, so sad. “If you don’t like, you can go somewhere else” were their words.In this day and age, we as people have got to do better. This is a small town, and idk if they provide a DIFFERENT level of service for their regulars, but this should NOT be Cheney’s only nail shop.
