I had an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes. Not sure who is running the shop but they didn’t make an effort to let me know they were running behind or show me where the gel colors were . The nail tech was filing my nails while looking out the window and barely cleaned up my cuticles. There was very little to no effort to the hand massage. The gel polish was terrible and all over my cuticles so its already peeling. I wanted a design on my nails (as they show many on their website) and that request was ignored. I’m glad because I wonder how much extra it would have cost. I am not one to complain but for $32 for a gel mani it was not worth it. I would rather go to someplace that actually does a great job and cares about how your nails come out. By the way they didn’t seemed short staffed so not sure why when I had an appointment I had to wait that long.

The best nail salon! I’ve tried many in the area and drive past at least 5 from where I live because this is truly the best one! Everyone is so friendly and pay such attention to detail. They highly value the customer and often call people by name. The owner is wonderful – so friendly, professional, hard working, and willing to accommodate.I feel like they are a perfect balance of relaxation and efficiency – I never feel rushed but I can also get in and out in good time if I need to be somewhere. They have very reasonable prices and a great selection. I can’t speak highly enough about this nail salon.

All of the employees treat their customers like they’ve entered a Palace. You are in for a treat. The place is clean and they offer you a complimentary drink of choice. Kevin was fantastic. He provided top-notch service for my manicure and pedicure. The salon was very clean and comfortable. Kevin was attentive to my requests. He worked quickly but efficiently. Two weeks later and I still love the way my nails and toes look. Definitely an excellent salon to visit.

I was greeted pleasantly and asked what service I wanted. I said a mani/pedi. The young lady was very friendly, and she made conversation. She did an excellent job on my nails. However, I was disappointed that she didn’t clean up my cuticles. Overall, the manicure gets four stars. As for the pedicure, it was unsatisfactory. Another lady did my pedicure, and she rushed through it. I’ve gotten the basic pedi from another salon, but this pedi I did not enjoy. She cut down my toenails, cleaned my cuticles, and painted my toes. She rubbed lotion on my legs but did not massage. I will go back. However, I may opt out of the pedi if the same lady from this visit does it.

In over 20 years of getting my nails done, yesterday was one of the worst experiences. A simple removal of gel polish and manicure was all I needed. The tech could not get all the gel polish off or use a nail clipper. After an hour I gave up and left to find another salon to fix my nails. Horrible experience and service. Manicure
