I asked for the first picture they asked me if I wanted all the designs I said yes I paid before it was done and they charged me $40 for and the second photo is what I got and when I asked about the puzzle pieces they got ignorent with me and said it was $10 more do not recommend me and my friend that went with me will not be going back!!!!

Horrible. The woman in there is so rude. I have been going there for months no complaints. The man always did my nails. Went in for a fill she literally spent 6 mins on them. Didn’t fill them to the end then told me I didn’t ask for a full set wouldn’t fix it. And charged me and sent me on my way. Will never go again. If I could give no stars I would.

The pair who worked there were kind but my nails were painted sloppily with gel all over my cuticles. My fingers were bleeding and I had to file my nails down when I got into my car because they were so jagged they were catching on my shirt. The worst part, however, was a person was seated next to me when I got there, left shortly after, another person came in and was seated at the same pedicure chair without the tub ever having been washed. I could tell the scrubber used on my feet was used and I watched them drop clippers on the floor and use them without washing or replacing them with a clean pair. I am praying I did not just pay $70 for a fungal infection.

We showed pictures of the nails to the staff that we wanted. What we got was not even close. We are aware that it won’t be spot on or perfect. But these were not even close. I wish I could post photos of all of our nails. We scheduled an appointment, showed up and still felt like we were rushed out. We showed pictures of the nails to the staff that we wanted. Lee did an amazing job on my nails and the young man that did pedicures was great! But the lady did my daughter and she did a horrible job! Her cuticles were covered in dip and the bumpy surface was horrible! We asked to have them fixed and that lady flipped her lid and acted a fool in the salon! I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be taking this to the next level

I would not recommend this salon. This was my first visit and I left in tears. I have had my nails done for 6+ years. My polish looks like a child painted my nails. The side end edges were not touched, uneven color spots, all over my cuticles. I had two of the ladies yell at me because I asked for my nails to be repainted. I had them repainted and they looked even worse by the second person who did them. The 2nd lady filed them to where there is no acrylic on my nails three of them has broken because they are so thin. I am extremely disappointed. Will never return and now having to pay another salon to correct them. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK…
