Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been looking for months to find an excellent nail salon. Today was my day. I’m so picky with my acrylic nails. I like them thin so I don’t pick at them, I want the white tip to also be thin, and finally I didn’t want the tip to be too white. The manicurist Le, was incredibly kind and did an amazing job. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am new to the area and I had two separate interactions with this place that were both negative. It’s upsetting because the reviews on google were high, but now after looking at yelp, their rating is more accurate. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted while getting my nails done. I couldn’t ask them to do a second coat, I couldn’t ask them to clean up my nail beds, and I couldn’t ask them to shape my nails evenly. It was take it or leave it. Even the man at the front desk admitted that it was a terrible job and gave me a discount. I don’t think I should have paid at all. What’s strange is that they are nice to other customers around me but clearly the lady doing my nails gave me a “f*** you” attitude. I am new to the area and I had two separate interactions with this place that were both negative. It’s upsetting because the reviews on google were high, but now after looking at yelp, their rating is more accurate. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted while getting my nails done.
