Monday, May 16th I made an appointment for 12:45pm to get a refill. I get there before my appointment and wait over an hour to get sat. Tina worked on my nails. She introduced me to gel and promised that they’re better than regular polish. She made my nails super thin, uneven and very bulky. Filled them in over my cuticle. Hours after i get my nails done, the gel chipped. Today I visited her salon respectfully asking for a refund because she simply couldn’t fix the damage on the nail. she proceeds to lie to me and say she is not the owner and the owner is out of town. As I left her salon, i forget my car keys on her counter and immediately go back to get them. She lies to me and tell me she doesn’t have them and I have asked her many times for my car keys so i can leave and go back home. I had to get the police involved after she was being very aggressive towards me, unprofessional, and had lied to me many times thinking I was recording her but I was not. First and Last visit.

They didn’t honor my appointment. Took people before me so I had to wait. I asked for best time for manicure and pedicure at the same time, and arrived for that appointment. I was asked to come back at 2 pm, a few hours beyond my appointment time. I believe I was lied to when a tech said they were short staffed because she had used that excuse before. Unprofessional. I will never return.

My experience was more than extraordinary here. My first time I came and got a pedicure, a luxury pedicure was worth every minute. They took their time massaging my legs and feet and getting the dead skin off my heels. They were very kind and gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. There was no wait and they immediately began the service once I walked in! Love this salon entirely too much

Tina, the owner did my pedicure and manicure. While she was doing my pedi I asked her for a gel manicure and she introduce me to cat eye gel nail colors. I ended choosing a dark green looking one which had a golden line in the middle (that made it what’s called the cat eye). We’ll she didn’t tell me the so call golden line was $8 more on top of the gel manicure price until she was about to apply the color. I said no to the color and she ended up painting my nails all green. I looked like shrek’s finger nails. So I finished and paid and called her and I said to her , I wasn’t happy with the work she had done and the fact she had lie to me. She asked me to go back and she would change my color. A 45min appointment turned out to be 3 hour nail spa appointment, there was only 2 ladies on the floor including Tina.

Wow, I’m so happy right now!! They workers were SO SO kind! I felt so welcomed and special! I got the deluxe pedicure !!!!! I literally feel like a princess. My feet have never been softer. I 100% recommend this place.

Critical: QualityVery disappointed in service. I got a pedicure from “Kim”. My daughter treated me to a DELUXE pedicure but I think this is the worst pedicure ever. She didn’t even soak my feet, just dipped them in water. Foot scrub was quick and light, not thorough. Didn’t groom side of toe nails at all. I had to ASK for 2 nails to be fixed. She fIled nails unevenly and one has an obvious chip in it, she said she would file it but it’s still there, she did fix it. She only painted over the part she fixed! You can see the difference in the polish. I think I’ll stick to Nathans Nail Salon in Goleta.My daughter LOVES the owner and her work. She is super sweet.
