I appreciate my massage therapist, Kiran, and she always treats me and my concerns with respect. The only issues I have come across have been some misunderstandings with scheduling/reception. Recently I wanted to use a different payment method and the receptionist did not understand my wishes and pulled payment from the card on file and did not add the tip to the payment, so it had to be run separately. I understand that mistakes happen, but the receptionist was not able to reverse the charges and that was frustrating. I was going to book ahead more but I felt like I needed to wait until my next visit to do so. I did not trust that it would be handled correctly.

Overall, the Messages are very good. I would definitely give them a 4 to 5. My complaint is with their business practices concerning automatic charges. I’ve been trying to use up my paid for unused massages for 2 years. You are charged 60 dollars a month for 1 massage. Life happens. And they build up if you’re not a regular. If you cancel your subscription, you have 1 month to use all paid for unused massages or they are lost! I would strongly advise against doing the automatic debit.
