I highly recommend Lauren Ferguson Massage. I was needing body work after a while without it in my life (Covid kept me faraway from in person healing opportunities). With her body work she helped me feel my body again! I was tense and stressed and my body felt hard. I found my center and was able to carve time to think about what my body was holding on to. It is hard finding someone with the right pressure and Lauren was great at sensing what was right.
