Hannah was absolutely amazing! This was my second time going to her. First time was a brand new hybrid set. The second was my fill. I will be honest, I was beyond nervous changing to someone completely different to do my lashes after a few years but the other place no longer was placing quality over quantity. I was having bad reactions and couldn’t figure out why. Instead of trying to figure it out, I got excuses. I did some digging to try to find someone with great reviews and came across Hannah. I asked her some questions and she was quick and eager to help. Right off the bat she made me feel comfortable and that she took what she did seriously. She made the entire experience well worth it and her personality is wonderful. She was caring, knowledgeable, funny and made everything feel so much more calm. She even interacted with my daughter who came with me. The environment is adorable, clean and relaxing. Hannah made sure I was satisfied and happy with my outcome before I walked out the building. She even makes sure to let me know if there are any issues to reach out. I’ve had no issues since switching to Hannah. I definitely can’t wait to go back for my next fill. I 100% would recommend Hannah to new clients who want lashes or even those who need fills. #LoveMyLashes

I would not recommend Hannah Greco, she is not very professional nor responsive. Hannah was a no show for my second appointment. She didn’t contact me to cancel, I went to the appointment and she was not there. When I was able to finally contact her, she said that she notified everyone that she canceled her appointments. I didn’t receive any notification until approximately one hour AFTER my appointment. I decided to try Hannah once again. I had an appointment on Thursday, September 16. By Friday morning my lashes started to fall out and by Sunday, most of my lashes had fallen out. During my appointment, Hannah took several personal calls. I contribute this distraction with the lack of detail and workmanship which created a very poor product. I caution everyone who decides to make an appointment with Hannah.

It was my first time getting lash extension so , I wasn’t sure about it, Hannah reassured me and got me in. After 2 weeks, I was supposed to come in for a fill in on Sunday morning and then she canceled the appointment that same morning and said we will reschedule with a 50% off. I tried to reach out to schedule several times but I’ve never heard back…. I saw Vicki E. review here and I wish I had seen that before booking the appointment with her. 100% wouldn’t recommend.
