I’ve been having my lashes done for 4 years and never had a problem with retention until I started going here 7 months ago. It was the one luxury I gave myself because it was the one thing that boosted my confidence. My eyes are a bit small and my nose a bit big so having dramatic lashes balanced my face and I used to enjoy going. But I was made to feel guilty for my lack of retention, like I was a problem client. I started to dread going. And then I got passed off to another technician. I got the impression that my technician just didn’t want to deal with me anymore. She was never very friendly anyway, but it really showed that her clients are just that and nothing more. The money was more important than the client themselves. Not a good way to build a business. It’s mostly frustrating because in the years I was going to my one and only previous technician, she never once brought up my retention. Or lack of it. She made me feel like a valued client and did her job well. If I hadn’t moved states I’d still be going to her. What a frustrating and disappointing experience Lash Love has been. Don’t waste your time and money on the subpar experience you will ultimately have going there.

Terrible experience. Krystle lacks understanding, compassion, and kindness. I began crying on the lash bed and continued crying for the next three hours with how rude she was. It was humiliating the way I was treated and it was unprofessional behavior. She didn’t apologize or even acknowledge that she had went too far.

I am unsure why my review isn’t showing up but I’m going to try again; please do not go here. Krystle was rude, inconsiderate, and lacked empathy/compassion and because of this I began to have a panic attack and started sobbing on the lash bed. She left me crying on lash bed because she didn’t want to deal with me crying. Nikki thankfully helped me the best she could but still it was an overall horrible experience that left me humiliated and feeling terrible. This was because I came ten minutes late but it was out of my control.

Critical: QualityThere were some pluses about this place. The staff was professional and friendly, and the business was clean and orderly. I however had a bad lash experience. I got a last lift and tint right before the holidays and simply put they looked terrible. One eye was so curled and coiled that it my eyelash created barrel roll making my lashes look like stubs. The other eye was curled back, then flared foward, like an ‘S’. I called and they were very quick to attempt to fix it, but the damage had been done. Then, I had to buy a conditioner for my eyelashes as they were over processed on the ends. It was a bummer at the holidays because I could not put on a full face of makeup because when I went to go put on mascara all it did was accentuate how mangled my eyelashes actually were. Switched to Lash Love when I got tired of never getting the lashes I wanted from my old place. Shinnel has been amazing since day one! Always gives me what I want, offers professional suggestions on curl/length/volume type based on what she thinks fits my face the best. The studio offers great products for purchase that help keep your lashes looking amazing until your next appt. I always enjoy my time in the studio.
