I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. I went in for a touch up appointment and it started off well until I was escorted to the communal restroom to apply my lidocaine. I was repulsed, my initial thought was how unsanitary and this is not ok. I then refused, there was no apology, there was also an available room to apply the lidocaine but it’s unbeknownst to me on why I wasn’t given that option I then set in the hallway to apply my lidocaine until my technician was ready and that procedure went well and luckily the technician works in Concord, Ca and I never have to go through such an horrific and unpleasant experience.I will never revisit the Walnut Creek location nor will I refer.

I went to Laser Away on a referral from my sister. From entering the office til the door closes on you leaving I was treated so very kindly! The RN’s who did my treatments were so awesome. They were beyond professional. I’m 64 and am doing facial treatments and when the first RN did one side of my face, she offered me the mirror, I was honestly astounded at how much I improved!
