I have had 10 appointments doing the laser hair removal with laser away. Each time I come in I am greeted with a smile by friendly staff. I am not in the waiting room even 5 minutes and I’m getting called back for my procedure. Most importantly the trained professionals that preform the procedures are always caring and gentle. I may get a new person each time yet I still feel comfortable as if I’ve known them for the last 5 sessions. Thank you laser away for being apart of this life changing journey to be hair free. I’ve waited till the last of my tattoo removal sessions to write my review. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They’re super unorganized and inconsistent. The staff I met when I first started going were super nice but now a days they definitely lack diversity and you can tell they’re just mean girls. Especially one girl in particular. They promised me a extra appointment after they messed up a different appointment, but when the time came I had to argue for it with them saying “it was never approved”. Then why even tell me I was getting an extra session? I could tell they were just being rude. Stay away from this location.
