I wish I would have started my laser tattoo removal journey here rather than where I did. This place is great. They are clean professional and within one session with them, I felt better and the shade looks better than 3 sessions I had else where. The downside is that there is a $25 cancelation fee so they need your card but it’s a business so I get it.

Met Lupe for first time for teeth whitening. She was lovely, friendly, explaining the procedure in detail, carefully doing a great job. My teeth are much whiter! Will definitely go back in 6 mos for another session.

If you’re going to give them business please keep in mind that you are not allowed to get sick after the 24hr cancellation period because you will still be charged $25 cancellation fee even if you have COVID. Owner would rather charge you a $25 cancellation fee instead of having you be socially responsible and not show up with COVID. Money hungry and does not care about her clients whatsoever.

Bought a laser acne treatment package here, paid in cash, never received a receipt or informed that services are non refundable. There was always a question of how many treatments I’ve had when I arrived like I was trying to receive more than I payed for, that information should be in their system. The owner was always super passive aggressive. I had a close friend pass away and needed to change my appointment, she wouldn’t budge on the 24 hour cancellation fee. I wasn’t seeing a difference in my acne at all after a few treatments and couldn’t get my money back. Plus, I was a little worried when one of the workers didn’t know how to use the machine. Worst spa experience I’ve ever had.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI must say I really Loved this place. It was my first time my 13year old son got a facial. He was very happy with his results. Wearing a face mask did a number on his skin by his nose. Trisha was professional, informative and very sweet. I had the cool sculptuing for my chin which is hereditary. Totally worth it. Will definitely be returning for all my skincare needs.I’m posting photos of My actual procedure and what I looked like immediately after. Awesome experience every time I go. The staff makes you feel right at home so no awkward experience from the get go. Prices are very reasonable. I made sure before I went to check out the prices from the surrounding spas. Took a chance and so glad I did!!! I recommend this place to everyone. Had several facials which I’m actually embarrassed to say but I felled asleep in the process because it was sooo relaxing!! I’m now in my third procedure of hair removal. Thank you all and especially to Trisha for making me feel like family. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Two thumbs up!

I went to an urgent care to get COVID testing done today because I have a risk of exposure.I want to be responsible and not come in until my test results are back. Still charges 25 dollar cancellation fee for my appointment (and I’ve been a customer for over a year).
