My experience at Laser Dynamics has been great. I have loved the laser hair removal; this treatment has helped tremendously. Before coming here, I had thick black hair on my legs and I would have to shave almost daily. After my treatments here, I never have to shave. The results have been amazing! I have been going to Laser Dynamics for 10 years. I have had laser hair removal of the legs, arms, underarms, face and bikini area as well as facial peels, microdermabrasion and botox. The staff is well trained, professional and friendly. They provide quality care and always have the most up to date and evidence based treatments. I have always had an amazing experience and am treated like family. Their prices are fair and they do offer bundled deals at times for laser hair removal. Laser hair removal has changed my life and I highly recommend it. I have a referred countless number of family and friends to Laser Dynamics and will continue to do so. I love this place so much! I came in for laser hair removal and i could see a difference after just one session! Jennifer is so so great and makes the time go by quickly! I have tried LHR three other places and it either barely worked or didn’t work at all. But Jennifer knows her machines and knows what works. She will make sure it is effective! Interesting Mr. Sebastian is disparaging Laser Dynamics. The technicians and management of Laser Dynamics are incredibly well-trained and excellent customer service providers in a very competitive industry. Mr. Sebastian clearly does not have an understanding of general business, cosmetic spas and at best, a very elementary understanding of cosmetic treatments. The services my family and I have been provided are second to none and extremely thorough. Cannot recommend Laser Dynamics highly enough.

This place is by far one of the worst and dishonest businesses I have seen in Lubbock. First time you come, they all treat you extremely nice and pretend they actually care about you. I wasted a whole year and almost $5000 going there waiting for results that never came. I should have done my research better before going there; ALL the LHR businesses in Lubbock offer bundles when you want to treat more than one area on your body and the prices are significantly lower when you do that, well not this place, they charge you by session, full price, and it doesn’t matter if you are getting LHR on more than one big area. After refusing going there again, I went to 4 different LHR places in Lubbock for free consultations and in ALL of them I was seen by a dermatologist, they checked several times my skin and the area I wanted to treat, explained all the process/phases, expectations, results, timeline, etc. At Laser Dynamics, however, during my consultation, I was seen by a technician, who claimed to have 11 years of experience, and the only thing she did was to test the laser on my hand, just one pulse, and then she said “yes you are the perfect candidate.” I started noticing that each session the settings on the LHR machine were staying the same, but the amount of pulses was decreasing sort of drastically(technician doing less treatment) so I did a bit of research and found that I was being under-treated (corroborated later by the other places I went to) with the settings she had been using for the last 4 sessions. Technician agreed to change the settings to what I told her, but then after 2 more other sessions she set them back again to what I already knew was not the proper settings (again, this was corroborated by 4 other places that use the exact same machine and laser). When I stopped going there, after 8 sessions, all my hair came back in less than 2 months, all of it as if nothing had happened. After raising my concerns to Dawn Manning, the manager, I never got a call back from her with a solution, in fact, all I got from her was rudeness and a very condescending attitude over the phone. Even after all of that, the two dishonest dermatologists that run/own the place, Dr. Hope and Clark, never had the professionalism/decency to either see me or call me. After a couple of months, I was able to get a check/refund from them for not even a third of all the money they stole from me. Please, do some research and you’ll find that there are way better places in Lubbock for LHR using the same technology and for lower prices and bundles. I DO NOT recommend this place. To Laser Dynamics and the doctors/owners: You are not different than the common thief/scammer that robs people’s money and “sets” the “scale” in their favor so they keep coming back to rob them more. You should be ashamed, what an embarrassment of business.

I called laser dynamics to possibly schedule an appt for Botox and I had some questions about a lip flip. After the phone conversation I had with the rude snobby lady that answered the phone they won’t be getting any of my money. I have never had botox or a lip flip done before and so I wanted to know if they offered those services, the price and some questions about each procedure. She was so condescending and rude she acted as if I should have know the answers the questions I had. I asked to speak the the manager but ended up just hanging up because I didn’t want to waste anymore time on them. I usually don’t do reviews good or bad because employees can “fluff” up the star rating by giving reviews themselves. After reading some of the reviews I noticed that’s exactly what this place has done. Dawn Manning is the manager she reviewed the place with a 5 star rating, she probably is the one who replies as well. I think that tells you a lot about this place. I’m glad I decided to go a different direction. I would not recommend this place based off the first impression.

I’ve always struggled with acne. As an adult my acne is almost nonexistent but I’ve been left with lots of pinpoint acne scares. I’ve tried microdermabrasion and chemical peels in the past with no luck in the appearance of my scars. I felt as if I needed something more aggressive. I went to see Jen for a microneedling session and we added salicylic acid acid after. Jen was not afraid to get in there with my skin but did not cause any subsequent damage. I did have a whole week of downtime. But it was oddly satisfying to see a crusty top layer of skin peel off over the course of the week. My scars are not magically gone but I have received several compliments on the brightness & plumpness of my new skin. I plan to go back for a couple more session during the course of this year when I can schedule in some down time.
