Critical: QualityI drove 40 minutes to come to this place because it had great reviews. I wish I wouldn’t have because I am so unsatisfied with the results. I paid $80 all together. Overall the service only took about 40 minutes which is much, much shorter than any full set service I’ve ever gotten, usually if they’re focused and taking time to make sure everything is correct I spend about an hour and a half from start to finish. The paint job and the tiny design on the middle fingers were done pretty well. But the acrylic and shape is honestly really upsetting. Some of my fingers are crooked, especially my middle right, as you can see in the photos attached. They are not consistent in shape and some of them are lifted rather than laying flat. I had expressed my concern multiple times throughout the service which was visibly frustrating the gentleman that was doing my nails so I felt uncomfortable telling him I was not happy with this. I ended up just paying and leaving. I’m very frustrated that I spent $80 on this. I drove 40 minutes to come to this place because it had great reviews. I wish I wouldn’t have because I am so unsatisfied with the results. I paid $80 all together. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis my second time coming here for nail extensions. The first time wasn’t bad, so I come here for the second time. I didn’t request the guy who did my nails the first time because I thought everyone would be skilled. However, this time I had a lady who wears glasses. When she placed the fake nails on my pinky, it was crooked. I told her about it, and she said WAIT for it. OK, I WAITED. After all the stuff she done, I still got a crooked pinky nail extension. When she placed my nails into dipping powder, it’s really really thick and ugly. The nail shaped she made are ugly too (she made the nails very wide and thick). I also had so many empty spots and uneven on my nails too. This my second time coming here for nail extensions. The first time wasn’t bad, so I come here for the second time. I didn’t request the guy who did my nails the first time because I thought everyone would be skilled. However, this time I had a lady who wears glasses.
