I just moved and was so worried about finding a nail artist, given I had the same guy do my nails since 2013. I went to Ladies Nails and Fi is an artist. He has done my nails beyond my expectations. I am so happy he made it so easy for me. Need your nails done best place hands down. The price was extremely cheap for the free handed work he has done.

My nail tech was very careful and considerate of my legs and feet. She took her time to make sure that she trimmed my nails the proper way. She noticed I had sparkles so she put some sparkles in my top coat which I thought was thoughtful and cute. I am very happy with the service here in the care that was given to my feet. Positive: Quality, ValuePhi is amazing! I have gone a few times now and he always does an awesome job. This last time I went I gave him a basic idea of what I like and he came up with something original and just gorgeous. I’m so in love with my nails. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityDon’t bother. I made an appointment for 6 pm on a Friday night. I showed up 2 minutes early and was told (without apology) the only person doing nails was running 30 minutes behind. Frankly, it looked longer as he was finishing one client and had another waiting. All were sitting very close and without masks. I canceled as I had no interest waiting at least 30 extra minutes on a Friday night when I had made an appointment and in that environment. Don’t bother. I made an appointment for 6 pm on a Friday night. I showed up 2 minutes early and was told (without apology) the only person doing nails was running 30 minutes behind. Frankly, it looked longer as he was finishing one client and had another waiting. All were sitting very close and without masks. Don’t waste your time or money on this mean, rude man. He was 45 min late getting to me then was rude like I had done something wrong. The next time was no better. He was rude when he spoke at all until the next customer came in at which time he spoke over me to carry on a conversation with her. I will let my nails die and fall off before I ever go back. Oh, his mother doesn’t speak English and hurts.

Not happy. The owner/tech is not friendly, did not do what I asked. I said my nails were too long. He replied,”They won’t look right, but they’re your nails.” Then he still did not make them short enough!!! I bumped my hand putting it under the uv light. He said, “Did you mess them up already?” As if this wasn’t enough, the place was filthy. The work area had nail particles all over the place. His hands and nails were filthy. He did not wear gloves. Why I didn’t leave when I saw this, I’ll never know. I WILL NOT GO BACK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE.

Covid update- Not cleaning between clients. No plexiglass up when nails are being done.My acrylic is lumpy, not drilled smoothed. My toes hurt from the pedicure. She dug at the sides of my toe. I’m worried about infection.
