Update: I updated my review from 5⭐️ to 3⭐️ given a recent experience. I still think this is a lovely salon, but after learning the hard way about their super rigid policies, I’m beginning to rethink my loyalty. I’ve been coming here regularly over the past few months and many of the staff know my face. I would now consider myself a loyal, regular customer. I’ve never had any scheduling issues since coming here. The one time I needed to cancel 1 of 2 services booked for the day due to a last minute conflict, they told me I’d still be charged for the canceled service per their “policy”. I totally get and adhere to policies, but I also believe in good customer service and empathy—that’s why I even continued to come here. They were unwilling to waive a one time “penalty” for a customer who’s spent hundreds of dollars here. That left a sour taste in my mouth. I’m annoyed now because I want to find a new nail salon, but they’re quite hard to find in Philly.

I’ve lived in Philly for five years and visited several nail salons… but none top this place. Yes, it is more expensive but I genuinely believe visiting here is a luxurious experience. I got sick of spending $60 on nails that were rushed, not pretty and didn’t last. Valentina does such a good job I can’t recommend her enough. She is genuinely interested in caring for your nails and giving you the best experience. I love coming here and look forward to visiting again soon!

I went to Kat for brow tinting and shaping and she was so professional, so kind and SO talented!! I booked again before I left; I will seriously never go anywhere else for brows again. I have also seen Sarah for spray tanning and she’s really sweet and does an awesome job. Everyone here is really professional and it’s so beautiful inside.

I have been going to Lacquer Lounge for years now and I absolutely love it, Myriam is the best! I have been to a bunch of salons in the city and nowhere comes close to the service you receive here. It is very clean and the staff is beyond accommodating. I moved to NJ and I go out of my way to come to this salon. Highly recommend. I had a polygel refill with gel polish. It cost $70 for the refill and polish. My nails are all different shapes and bumpy. They are not the coffin shaped I requested. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. She didn’t even clean up under my nails. Worse manicure so far in my entire life and I’ve never spent more than $45 on a refill so that’s really bad. I wish I could post a picture to inform everyone. UPDATE I called and went back today they fixed them at no cost. I feel there are better quality nails at half the cost of this place although I don’t mind paying more if it’s too notch quality. I won’t be revisiting this salon

First time visiting and I enjoyed every minute of it. My technician was Kat and she was great! Friendly and informative, I learned a lot during my luxe pedicure. Services are expensive but this is definitely a treatyaself establishment. Beautifully and minimalistically decorated (the pedi chairs are lovely) Thinking of hosting a girls pedi party once restrictions are lifted.

I’ve yet to receive a gel manicure here that’s less then fantastic! The service is amazing from the moment you walk in the door and your offered some water, tea, coffee or sparking wine. Also the space is beautiful, and so comfortable. I normally see Soph and she makes sure you leave with the perfect shape and color. I also love that they only use high quality polishes and only use files on your nails, so you know your nails are healthy under the polish.
