Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a solar refill. I told the lady white tip with pink. She even confirmed with me with what I wanted. Needless to say, all she did was put a pink color on my original solar nails.I have to look away when my nails are done because I will lock my fingers. The 2 manicurists were having a conversation the whole time that I was annoyed with and trying to ignore.When I went to the register, I was in shock when I read the prices and there was no description of what service is for what price. It’s very generic with no description. I didn’t blink an eye at $40 for a refill with white and pink solar nails. I also looked around for other signs but there were none. ONLY ONE TUCKED AWAY BEHIND THE REGISTER!!I was on my way home when I realized I DIDN’T get what I paid for and I couldn’t call them until Monday. I did call and asked for Mark and I was told he wouldn’t be back until January 2022! His daughter called and blamed me.I used to go there regularly but started going when I couldn’t get in with my normal technician. I will NEVER RETURN!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a soak off and NONE of my nails were soaked off, they were popped off with an acrylic tip. Completely destroyed my nail beds and made them super sensitive. I kept telling her they hurt and she continued. Never will I ever set foot in here again and I will not spend my money here again. $15 for a soak off and nothing was even soaked off, just popped off. I went in for a soak off and NONE of my nails were soaked off, they were popped off with an acrylic tip. Completely destroyed my nail beds and made them super sensitive. I kept telling her they hurt and she continued. Never will I ever set foot in here again and I will not spend my money here again. $15 for a soak off and nothing was even soaked off, just popped off. Critical: QualityMy Wife and I went for a simple Peddi, Horrendous the skin on my feet are torn to shreds, the joints in my toes are torn up and I can hardly walk due to the skin that has been removed right next to the lower layer, Split cracking and unreal, I am possibly going to have to go to urgent care to get a seen too with some nerve end cream. I wont be going back, guys this isnt the place to get your feet done, no care its all about pushing you through as fast as possible so to get the money in the till as soon as possible and you out the door. My Wife and I went for a simple Peddi, Horrendous the skin on my feet are torn to shreds, the joints in my toes are torn up and I can hardly walk due to the skin that has been removed right next to the lower layer, Split cracking and unreal, I am possibly going to have to go to urgent care to get a seen too with some nerve end cream. I wont be going back, guys this isnt the place to get your feet done, no care its all about pushing you through as fast as possible so to get the money in the till as soon as possible and you out the door. Basic service of manicures and pedicures for the three of us but we are treated like we order every service they have. Very clean and updated and the staff is amazing. The complimentary drinks are a nice touch along with all tools used sanitized coming inside of their own sealed package. Not to mention all COVID regulations being followed. I highly recommend this place for self care, relaxation, preparation services for going on a trip, weddings and all your special events. They accommodate large groups and take care of you with the utmost respect and professionalism. Also they keep my hands with a very professional look as I am a man in a professional atmosphere.
