Before finding this salon, I went to a different hairstylist and asked to dye my hair from dark brown to a blonde that would suit me and it came out almost yellow. I immediately looked up hairstylists near me and made an appointment with La Petite after seeing the wonderful reviews they have been getting, and I can see why! Jessi corrected my color and I have been going to her ever since! Every time I leave the salon, its amazing how many compliments I get on my hair. All the girls that work here are kind, professional, and welcoming. I really don’t get some of the negative comments on here because my experience with them and their services has been wonderful 🙂

Lash tech isn’t very educated. If you get your lashes done use a makeup remover that is NOT oil based because it’ll ruin your lashes.

The lady who did my hair did a decent job dying my hair, but she is not skilled in blow-drying curly hair. She left my hair frizzy, especially at the roots. All the girls in there are super friendly, very warm and welcoming. I was struggling for the past couple of years trying to find the right stylist to call “my girl” and I officially do now that I got Elaine!❤️ I highly recommend this salon if you want to leave loving your hair, get a lot of compliments, feel welcomed and comfortable, but mostly feeling beautiful! This is my 3rd time coming to this salon and I always leave loving my hair and get millions of compliments thanks to Elaine! All the girls in there are super friendly, very warm and welcoming. I was struggling for the past couple of years trying to find the right stylist to call “my girl” and I officially do now that I got Elaine!❤️ I highly recommend this salon if you want to leave loving your hair, get a lot of compliments, feel welcomed and comfortable, but mostly feeling beautiful! First time customer, I had been cancelled on by other stylists and I called la petit when they first opened and they fit me in immediately. Jessie cut my hair and gave me a beautiful balayage. She was so professional even when she had another customer, she would check in to see how I was. She was also so sweet and made my hair look amazing after the quarantine months. The best salon in the area! Lia is one of the best hairdressers I’ve encountered in a long time. Now I’ve only been coming here for about 2 years but she and her staff treats me like I’m family. The first time I went to her I was healing from a fractured ankle/ligament and displaced foot. I had surgery and was laid up for 9 weeks. My hair, that had always been on point, was a mess. I basically stalked her IG page to see if she was good. Well, I liked what I saw so I tried this place and omgoodness….Lia is amazingly talented. She is thoughtful, courteous and very responsible. She is a great shop owner that takes pride in her business, community and work. This is definitely one of my best decisions ever. I fully and whole heartedly recommend La Petit Salón to everyone.

My friend recommended this place and told me to request Elaine, when I called to make the appt they told me that she wasn’t available at the time of my appt, however, Lia was gonna cut my hair. When I get to the salon, Lia was busy with another costumer and another girl, Katie, told me she was cutting my hair. I requested to keep the length of my hair, with a V shape cut and layers… she cut my hair straight then did like a U shape, when she finished and showed me I told her that I wanted a V shape, she was inexperienced with that style, she tried fixing it but how much hair has she cut already?! I told her it was fine towards the end because I didn’t want her to keep cutting my hair trying to fix what she couldn’t do. I ended up with shorter hair than I expected and no layers. Very unhappy with my haircut, I will not go there again.

I have gotten my hair done by the same person for the last 10 years so at first I was a little apprehensive having someone else color my hair but I could not be happier. My first thought was how great the location is and how beautiful the view of the lake was. As I walked in I was greeted by three lovely ladies and the owner introduced herself. Lea (the owner) was the one who did my hair and it came out beautiful. She paid such attention to detail and thoroughly went over the process. The most important thing is I left the salon feeling refreshed and beautiful. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. Thanks Lea and Gigi for the amazing experience and aboslutly gorgeous hair, I can’t wait to come back!
