Just left this place is horrible I do not recommend at all. Didn’t get what I wanted at all and it’s just horrible customer service overall! She filed my nail down so much it started to burn so I kinda flinched, she had to nerve to say I scared her ok we’re just going to ignore the fact that u damn near filed my nail off when u we’re removing the old acrylic she didn’t measure the nails they are so thick. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life but this is by far the WORST!

I have been getting my nails done for about 20 years and I’ve never had such horrible service! I got my nails filled in on a Thursday they immediately started lifting on Saturday. Hey you do the math! When I called to get them fixed it was no problem, however sitting down with the woman I believe her name to be Linda, she was very Defensive and rude to me because of the service and low quality work that she provided! As a visitor to Houston I do NOT recommend wasting your time or money here. Pricing is reasonable however the quality is not great at all!!! Not even a week back home and 5 of ten nails were lifting!

If you would like to have the following experiences do go here but if not be warned: I was scalded by hot water (after advising the tech it was too hot) tech never tests water temp. & puts my feet in without warning, this while I’m playing a was balancing act on chair that’s leaned all the way back. I request help because the chair was at an angle where I was trying to balance the tech seems annoyed from beginning gets up to find remote then puts the massage chair on highest level to where it jabs you in your sciatic nerve after all I requested was for chair to be upright. Then had acetone squirted all over on shirt & pant damaging it. My nail yanked & burned by the drill causing pain for days. Given horrible attitudes by the staff including receptionist. OVERCHARGED for services not rendered. I remained calm, collected other than a yelp from pain, I did wish to walk out but services were started. I inclusive tipped the tech 20% +. I had told myself perhaps they were overworked & been busy & tried to understand the behavior & rushing. I heard tech say how they were slow that day & arrived 2-3 hrs before closing & we did ask if they were taking walk ins. In beginning we requested plastic slippers to take off boots receptionist said they could give a bag they didn’t have the disposable slides with snarky attitude.

Well, today I went to do my nails I asked for a pink chrome on my nails but I didn’t like the way the nail technician did it because it doesn’t look the same as the sample she show me I feel dissatisfied with her work plus they charged me $ 10 dollars extra for the chrome but it doesn’t look the same the girl didn’t do it right. And I never live reviews but home come you charged ten dollars extra if you don’t do it the same as the sample. The service is always good but today I didn’t like the job I work hard to spend my money on something that it was not good.

I got a simple acrylic French tip and they made my fingers bleed and I had to pay $66 for wonky and bumpy nails, not worth it.
