I went in on Friday to get a fill and have a nail replaced because I broke it. After my appointment everything was fine, a little discomfort but that’s usual with acrylics. The next morning my nail under my acrylic I had replaced hurt, I figured it would go away. I was wrong. I went in on the next Wednesday so they could take that nail off because i knew something was wrong. They basically told me no and to get over it. I popped it off myself, and lo and behold my nail is INFECTED. I really love this place, but they completely ignored my pain and dismissed me because they didn’t want to “waste” any of their time dealing with me.

My first time visiting with a friend. I was finished before she was, even though we sat at the same time. It felt like it was an Olympic race to do my nails. I wanted gel on my natural nails. She filed them and added polish. It was $27 but she could have cleaned them up.

My personal experience was not so great. The tech has extremely good customer service skills but my nails are not to my satisfaction. I’ve had my Nails done for years now and she did not use all machinery that is needed for a proficient fill in. I have been other places for a fill in and never been charged over $40 . Overall, her kindness was satisfying, I’ll always take that but please take your time on nails , especially people who love their nails such as myself.

I had a very positive experience here. I was greeted as soon as I entered and didn’t have to wait long before it was my turn. I went at about 11AM, and there was only one other customer. It was great. The woman that did my nails was kind and very professional. The store was clean and organized. Overall, I’ll be back every two weeks to get my nails redone!

I went there for the first time and I had the best time that I have ever had while getting my nails done. The lady that I had she was the sweetest most friendliest person you could ever want to meet. We had the best conversations it was like we had known each other for years lol. Lady’s if you want to have a great relaxing experience while having a manicure or a pedicure (I had both) then this is the place to go. Believe me you will love it there. And the prices are pretty good to. When I had finished getting my nails, I had enjoyed talking with her so much that I decided to get a pedicure and I’m so glad I did. I had the french tip on both and they look amazing. This is the best my nails have ever been done. Got to try this place out I’m serious it’s great.

I have been to many places ranging from London to Lexington. I have not been to a place who puts so much care and attention into your nails. They have been mildly busy and extremely busy, but no matter what they have been friendly, funny, careful, and carrying with me and my nails. They have also been helpful and patient with the process of me learning how to ask for the design, length, shape, color, etc of nails I want. 10/10
